Thank you so much for playing the Hakoniwa Electric demo and sharing your wonderful feedback!
We have been carefully reading through all of your thoughts and suggestions. 🙌
To be honest, we felt a bit anxious before launching the demo, but seeing so many warm and positive comments has been incredibly encouraging for us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We will continue to update the demo and work hard on developing the full version.
💡 Update Details
Based on the feedback we received, we have pushed out a new update for the demo. Please make sure to update your game to the latest version to enjoy these improvements!
Adjusted Default Mouse Sensitivity & Improved Settings Accessibility
We noticed that the initial mouse sensitivity was a bit too high, causing the screen to rotate too quickly. We have lowered the default sensitivity for a smoother experience. Additionally, you can now open the Settings menu from the button in the upper right corner at any time during a stage to adjust the sensitivity to your liking.
Added Keyboard Controls (WASD & QE Keys) for Camera Movement
In addition to the mouse, you can now control the camera using your keyboard!
W / S: Zoom in / out
A / D: Pan left / right
Q / E: Move up / down We will continue to fine-tune the controls based on your feedback
Other Minor Bug Fixes & Improvements
(Includes fixes implemented in Ver. 1.0.1 – 1.0.3)
[Bug Fix] Fixed a text display bug that occurred in some environments.
[Bug Fix] Improved and shortened load times in certain environments.
[Bug Fix] The game will now automatically match your Steam language settings upon first launch.
[Bug Fix] Fixed an issue where an old project title was still visible in some assets.
[Adjustment / Improvement] Fixed an issue where certain objects were not displaying at the proper timing.
[Adjustment / Improvement] Polished in-game visual effects and animations.
⚡️ Future Improvement Roadmap
We consider the following feedback to be our top priorities and are actively working on them to deliver a much better gaming experience:
Addressing Puzzle Difficulty and Lack of Variety 👉 We are currently designing and testing new puzzle gimmicks and different types of puzzles.
Adding a "Stage Revisit" Feature from the Town Hub 👉 We are planning to let players return to cleared stages at any time, making it easier to hunt for missing collectibles (like the hidden dogs!).
Beyond these, we are also working on adding more language localizations, enhancing visual effects, and making various overall improvements. We plan to bring some of these updates to the demo version as well, so please stay tuned!
