Hail to the Rainbow changes
A small technical update, version 1.08, has been released.
Some of the game's core system files have been reworked to improve build stability.
Shader memory retention has been disabled, which could previously lead to cache overflow issues. Shader loading speed should remain unchanged overall.
Added an FPS limit setting. VSync does not always work correctly, so on lower-end systems a manual FPS cap can sometimes provide smoother gameplay.
Slightly improved optimization for Steam Deck on Ultra settings.
