Guns, Gore & Cannoli changes
Added kick sound and kick impact sound.
Added electricity sound.
Fixed issue that caused flamethrower sounds to not properly being removed.
Fixed issue where Vinnie would spawn without hitpoints, causing Vinnie to not be able to move and forcing the player to replay from the start of the level.
Fixed issue that caused a player to switch from controller to keyboard after dying.
Fixed issue where level music and/or sound effects would briefly play between a cutscene and a loading screen.
Fixed issue where music could start or stop too soon.
Fixed issue where resizing the game window could cause units to spawn inside the camera view.
Fixed issue where a weapon would incorrectly show as if it had no more ammo.
Fixed rare crash that happened when leaving a level.
Fixed issue where cutscenes were showing a black screen instead.
Fixed issue where a friendly AI could get stuck while following you.
