Gum Ball Run has just launched and the playerbase is really small. This makes it hard to find players on ranked matches. To fix this you can:

2. Share the game with friends and play with them.

Hope this helps. Gum Ball Run has had a very humble launch and there wasn't really a large audience that was anticipating the game. If you like the game and want it to become bigger, word of mouth is the best way to make the game known to everybody.
