Open your Steam Library
Right-click on the game title from the left list and select "Properties..."
In the opened window, click the "Betas" tab
In the input window, enter the code "windows32bit" (without quotes) and click "Check Code"
Click the blue button "Join: 32-bit for Windows 32-bit"
In the drop-down list above, select the option "32-bit For Windows 32-bit"
Please wait for the game to update, and then you can run Guilty Parade by clicking the "Play" button in your library.
