changedWe understand that some customers are complaining about the game not being able to boot up "now", despite being able to play normally "previously". We would like to highlight that there has not been any patches made to the game since the last announcement, thus we would like to urge our customers to kindly check if they have made any changes to their gaming platform, such as upgrading to Windows 10. Kindly do take note that we have yet to find a solution for compatibility to Windows 10, although there are some reports stating that installing DirectX9.0C (and not just the "latest" directX driver) solves the issue. Please kindly try to download DirectX9.0C manually, and if the problem persists, kindly let us know, together with your computer specifications and details. Thank you very much. Edit: Up to the point of the announcement, there wasn't any patch made. The patch I just did was to include DirectX redist. into the installers, hoping to solve this very issue. -Shini
