Today, Guild Wars begins our celebration of 21 years of skill exploration, collection, and camaraderie in the lands of Tyria, Cantha and Elona.

With today's build we have relaxed the rule that all English language names must be two words or more. New characters can use single word names and existing characters can use the Character Name Change to select a new name.
The Anniversary Celebration starts today and runs through May 6.
And in one week, on April 28th, we'll release the post-Searing version of the Forsaken Tunnels, called Tunnels of the Forsaken.
