Guild of Darksteel – play the demo!

Good news – a demo for Guild of Darksteel is now live! You can download it from the Store page – look for the green 'Download Guild of Darksteel Demo' widget and press the 'Download' button. The demo is live for a limited time, although it will be accessible for the entire duration of the PAX X EGX event, which runs from 12-20 September.

There are a couple of missions to get through in the demo, which represents a decent slice of game time. Playing as the immortal sellsword protagonist, you'll be able to explore areas of Ravenrock and discover a little about the game's story by meeting some of the gothic city's residents. Enemy encounters will give you the opportunity to try out the combat system and start stringing together combos.

As well as launching the demo, we've also put together a new Guild of Darksteel trailer to announce that, in addition to Steam, the game will also be launching on PS4 and Switch:
