After suffering devastating amount of losses, the units had to regroup and formulate a new plan of attack. One that the enemy couldn't anticipate. For it wasn't a war of just swords, shields and magic any longer...

addedAfter suffering devastating amount of losses, the units had to regroup and formulate a new plan of attack. One that the enemy couldn't anticipate. For it wasn't a war of just swords, shields and magic any longer... there had to be a greater plan of attack. At the dawn of a new day, approaching in their glorious machinery, the call for help was heard. It's response: catapulting units to victory!
changedCatapult behavior:Catapults cost income to recruit just like normal units as indicated next to their icon. - Catapults contribute to the unit cap limit. - They have high armor and health. They deal low splash damage to enemies but very high damage to towers. - They have a very large attack range, but will only engage in battle if there are units pushing ahead. - If your forces are pushed back to your towers, catapults will not engage enemies until you begin pushing ahead.
addedGameplay:Reduced XP gained from visiting previous levels slightly. - You can now zoom in/out of battle using mouse scroll or keypad + / -. Arena mode does not have the zoom feature. - Added loading screens. Tips will display periodically as the game loads. - Added catapults to Tower Rush. - Reworked the UI for stage battles. Hovering over units now displays their ability descriptions. - Added option in Settings to disable unit descriptions pop-up when hovering on units.

Catapult types:

  • Rank 1 Catapult

    Wooden Catapult. No ability. - Rank 2 Catapult: Thrapper Catapult.

    Ability

    Quick Fire. Releases a wave of rocks in rapid succession. - Rank 3 Catapult: Spiked Catapult.

    Ability

    Spike Smash. Charges forward at incredible speed, smashing into enemies and shooting spikes.
