Update 1.16 - Item Budget Changes

[Item Budget Changes] --Before, the increase/decrease of Mood and Condition from items were based on a 50/50 chance, meaning, there was a 50% chance of it being a positive or negative change.

addedItem Budget Changes-Before, the increase/decrease of Mood and Condition from items were based on a 50/50 chance, meaning, there was a 50% chance of it being a positive or negative change. --Now, the increase/decrease will be adjusted based on the number of budget items equipped (for each type) and the grade of the item being checked. This will change the default chance from 50/50 to 60/40. Each adjustment will add 5% to the chance for a final chance adjustment of 90/10. For example: ---If 1 Food item is equipped with a grade of common, the chance for that food item will be 60/40.(60% chance to be positive) If you have 3 Food items equipped, with the item in question being a grade of common, then the chance for that item will become 70/30. If you have 3 food items equipped, with that food item being unique, then the chance for it will become 80/20. Lastly, if that item is Enlightened, then the chance shoots up to 90/10. --The chance will be checked separately for Food, Hygiene, Material and Assortment. ----Note, this change doesn't effect the amount in which the Mood and Condition from an item increases or decreases, it just lowers the possibility for the item to choose a negative result. --Because this change collides with the effect of the item, "Great Guardian's Shrine", making it less important, I've decided to buff the item. Now, not only does it guarantee Food, Hygiene and Material are always positive, it also has a guaranteed additive value to the Mood and Condition equation. -With these changes, as long as you keep your budget slots full and your item grades high, you should have an easier time keeping up with Mood and Condition.
