Fixed the following bugs:
Opening the settings menu during combat broke the level progression - Pressing "Start Round" while UpgradeUI was active would also break level progression - Bulldozers moving and spinning like ballerinas even after they died - Pressing ESC while building would leave the area of influence indicator active
I also changed the dark ground to be darker for *mood*
