Fixed errors in combat results table
Implemented Engineering tutorial
Fixed engineers not able to fix air bases
Fixed units not able to attack air bases
Unified all engineering damage functionality
Fixed engineering unit dice going out of sync when applying a construct action
Fixed fortified zones not losing a level of fortification if unit in it is attacked by an engineer
Give a notification popup to allow players to automatically distribute or discard their remaining dice during their equip phase
Fixed AI not getting defensive support
Other:
Fixed close button not working in Resupply phase
Fixed splash screen "roar" audio volume not in sync with the game
Split options screen into 3 sub screens (Game, Audio, and Video options)
Show aspect levels on the back of the unit cards
