addedEnhanced Gear VFXMore pieces of gear now have their own unique effect when on the Trial Grounds. When these gear effects are triggered, you’ll now see a clear visual indication, making it easier to track your power-ups in the heat of battle.

We recently launched a community playtest on Discord to gather feedback on our brand new demo, and now we're excited to finally share it with everyone! We're SO grateful to those of you who participated and shared your thoughts during the playtest. We hope you enjoy it! 💜

Now, let's jump into the new demo updates!⚔️

New Attack Combos & Expanded Skill Tree

Skill Tree values have been adjusted, nodes have been expanded, and we’ve added a major new node: Attack Combos. The Skill Tree now goes far beyond simple stat increases, allowing you fine-tune Avelin's fighting style.

Ranged Attack Rework

We heard you loud and clear: shooting a crossbow while moving feels badass. We totally agree, so we’ve officially implemented it in this update! Experience more fluid, run-and-gun combat as you riddle your foes with bolts.

Enhanced Gear VFX

More pieces of gear now have their own unique effect when on the Trial Grounds. When these gear effects are triggered, you’ll now see a clear visual indication, making it easier to track your power-ups in the heat of battle.

Assorted Balancing and QoL Improvements

  • Potions: limited to 12 max per slot, per run. No more drinkmaxxing!

  • Craftingtweaked recipe ingredients for a smoother progression
  • Blessingsadjusted appearance rate multiplier
  • Blessingsadded VFX for Arawn, Manaan, Morigan, and Thanatos blessing
  • Bossesadded stun immunity
  • Gearadjusted various gear stats and their effect scalings
  • Main Menuadded new BGM for extra heavy metal vibe 🤘
