Development Update - Release Timeline
Moving Grim Fate's release to later in 2026 instead of Q1.
I've been away from the project for a bit dealing with some technical issues in the code, early systems that need rebuilding to work properly. As a solo dev, I'm also managing other creative work that's been taking priority recently.
Rather than rush something out that I'm not happy with, I'm giving this the time it needs. The game's still happening, just on a more realistic timeline.
I've also been working on the soundtrack more seriously than originally planned, which is adding another layer to the atmosphere but needs proper development time.
Appreciate everyone who's wishlisted. The game will be better for the wait.
