Game Patch for March 1, 2016 - UI, Bugs, and Balance

While not all of your feedback was incorporated, we still have other patches planned. Once your game's installation is updated, please be aware that it may take an hour or two for in-game features to show the correct status, including leaderboards, replays, etc. MAR 1, 2016 PATCH NOTES:

FACTIONS

  • Camouflaged Shroud Mimic is now slowed down by a Mother Goo when they come in contact with each other

  • Beta Hangar UI updates correctly when units are in construction

  • Units now auto-retarget once a Valiant shields the current target(s)

AI

  • AI will now place/replace extractors to Refineries they have constructed

  • AI will now pursue a known perched Mother Goo

  • Mission 10 - Beta ally will now properly defend itself

GAMEPLAY

  • Skirmish - In FFA against AI, when player surrenders or is eliminated, they can now Restart the game from the Esc Menu

  • Fog of War - Player can now see central spigot on Ziggurat when in plain sight

UI

  • Observer Mode - When players pause a custom match, observer now receives a notification and screen freezes along with the timer

  • Tooltip for Beta air units no longer shift when the unit is moused over or clicked

  • Encyclopedia - Evolution cost of Shroud Spikes depicted in "Evolving Spikes" Tutorial is now matched with game cost

  • Encyclopedia - Shroud Entity's health now displays correctly

AUDIO

  • 'Alpha Under Attack' now sounds with 'Dirge' when Shroud Dirge is attacked

  • Human SFX 'Resource Field Depleted' voiced when playing as Shroud

  • Human Tech Upgrade SFX are voiced while playing as Shroud

MISC

Replays now gets saved if player loses in a FFA AI match

New maps can now be published if players have already published a map

Several crash bugs resolved, including one when loading replay files
