Grendel and Mother End Game Boss Fights Quicker

Friends of GC,

This version v1.0.4.2 makes Grendel much more accessible to fight once you put on a completed amulet. Mother is also quicker to show once Grendel has been killed. I made these changes to speed up the end game boss fights, so you don't end up standing around waiting for G and mom to show themselves to fight.
