Minor Update

Dear coaches:

A small update to fix a couple of minor issues and some other items:

• Update content default db with updated template binary format

• Allow to select specific playbooks to reassign players (was formerly only all playbooks)

• Fix emblems for dedicated server Season Standings menu

• Fix edit play incorrect invalid play name error (preventing from changing other play info)

• Clean up camera controls. You can now rotate overhead the field view basically

• Store last attempted IP address when logging into dedicated servers

• Activate zoom controls for game cameras: ',','.' or mouse wheel to zoom
