Graphite is a tactical roguelike RPG where pencil-drawn heroes fight for the fate of an imaginary world on top of a child’s school desk.

Every run gives you a limited number of days to prepare before facing a powerful boss. Fight, gather artifacts, level up skills, recruit party members, take risky events, and build a strategy from whatever the run gives you.

Or, more accurately:

Make a plan. Watch the enemies scale. Adjust the plan. Break the timeline. Pretend the chaos was intentional.

What makes Graphite different?

⚔️ Timeline-based tactical combat

Actions happen over time. Enemies queue their attacks, and you must decide when to strike, block, delay or break them.

If a unit takes enough damage while preparing an action, it becomes broken, reducing its damage and delaying its turn. That means timing matters just as much as raw power.

🧪 Extreme build crafting

Graphite is built around party building, artifacts, skill levels and scaling.

Skills, items and health can grow without a hard limit, letting players create strange, powerful and sometimes completely unreasonable builds.

Damage carry? Defensive wall? Summon chaos? Timeline control?

If you can survive long enough, the run might let you become a tactical problem.

✏️ A pencil-drawn emotional fantasy

Graphite takes place between two worlds: the real world of a child’s classroom and the imagined fantasy world inside their drawings.

In combat, characters appear as stickmen on paper. In the story, they are heroes with fears, relationships, arcs and endings of their own.

The world may be imaginary.

But for them, it is real.
