Players and bots are displayed normally in cars again.
Steering movements by players are displayed more gently.
Players' hands and feet are correctly displayed on the pedals and steering wheel in vehicles.
Fixed animations in the respawn screen.
Edge climbing deactivated.
Vehicle Decals reset.
Players become ragdolls when run over [/ list]
