Deeper Dive
Cuckoo:
The Cuckoo secretly plants eggs across the map, hiding them in plain sight. If left unchecked, these eggs hatch into deadly baby Cuckoos, triggering a Cuckoo Hunt.
During the Cuckoo Hunt, the Cuckoo and its hatchlings relentlessly chase down players, even through vents and hiding spots, eliminating anything in their path. If all players are eliminated, the Cuckoo wins.
To prevent a Cuckoo Hunt, keep an eye out for eggs and smash them before too many are placed around the map.
Witch Doctor:
The Witch Doctor is always watching and waiting.
At all times, one player is secretly cursed, marked only to the Witch Doctor. By focusing their gaze, the Witch Doctor can eliminate the cursed player simply by keeping them in sight long enough, even through walls and obstacles.
With a unique vision ability, the Witch Doctor can peer through the map itself, tracking their target from a distance. Darkness and lights sabotage will not save you, but fog and other environmental effects might.
If the cursed player dies, a new one is immediately chosen, ensuring the hunt never stops.
Keep moving. Stay hidden. And hope you are not the one being watched.
Lost Duckling:
Alone. Confused. Still dangerous.
The Lost Duckling does not know who the other ducks are. From the very start, they see only themselves, with no allies revealed. Meanwhile, the other ducks are also in the dark, not knowing who their lost companion is.
With no guidance and no team to rely on, the Lost Duckling must continue toward its goal of eliminating the geese, all while trying not to eliminate fellow ducks.
Trust no one.
Carrier/Parasite:
Two roles. One life.
The Carrier and the Parasite are permanently linked. If one dies, so does the other. From the start of the match, the Parasite lives inside the Carrier, hidden from everyone else, and the two can always communicate.
When the Carrier uses their ability, they implant the Parasite into an unsuspecting target. From within, the Parasite can speak to their host and choose the moment to strike. When they do, the victim dies, and the Parasite emerges, taking on their appearance and moving freely among the living.
From there, the Parasite can deceive, blend in, and strike again, while the Carrier can later retrieve them to repeat the cycle.
The Parasite cannot vote, but the Carrier can. Together, they function as a single force within the Duck team, trading coordination for chaos and deception.
Trust your eyes. Question everything. Because the player you see might already be dead.
Special Notes:
The Carrier and Parasite count as one duck
Meaning there may be an "additional" Duck in the match.
End game conditions consider Carrier and Parasite as one Duck. E.g. 2 Geese vs Carrier and Parasite, game continues where it normally would end (2 Geese vs 2 Ducks).
The Rejuvenation Pod on Eagleton Springs can eliminate the Parasite if a player is infected.
Lucid Dreamer:
The Lucid Dreamer can enter a strange black and white dreamscape during a meeting, allowing them to freely explore the map while everyone else is engaged in discussion.
In this state, the Lucid Dreamer cannot interact with players directly, and identities remain hidden. But careful observation can reveal valuable clues, like where players were standing before the meeting began.
If a Raven is in play, things get even stranger. The Lucid Dreamer may encounter them within the dream.
During a Raven Hunt, the Lucid Dreamer gains a burst of mobility, letting them quickly slip away and reposition in the chaos. If the Lucid Dreamer survives until the end of the Hunt, the geese win regardless of other conditions.
Watch closely. Stay aware. Because even in a dream, what you see might change everything.
Special Note:
The Lucid Dreamer can complete up to two tasks during each meeting and can achieve a Task Victory while in the dream state.

Cosmetic Tier System Update
Then just a quick reminder from our previous small update announcement earlier this week where we rolled out a tiering update that removes the “Event” and “Limited Time” categories, reassigning those cosmetics into our standard tiers: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Ultra Rare, Epic, and Legendary.
New Cosmetic Origin Tag
In addition to the re-tiering of cosmetics, we have added origin tags for limited time and event cosmetics so you can see where they came from. Whether it is from a previous event, special promotion, or holiday, you can now easily track a cosmetic’s origin.
