This patch is to mainly address issues with the new proximity chat system and the reoccurring bug that's preventing friends from joining each other's sessions.

addedMade a slight change to the proximity chat upon joining a session, it should now detect which voice chat setting you're using i.e Push to Talk or Always On.
changedRemoved the max players slider from the Create Session menu. The max player count will now be 10 for every session. The option to change how many players can join sessions, especially in a friends only session was unnecessary and was seemingly contributing to the ongoing bug.
fixedFixed some respawn locations for the gamemodes in the Original map.
addedAdded confetti to the game over screen.
addedMade changes to the new bloom effects to make them weaker.
