We have started rebuilding the game from ground up and are looking for active players to provide feedback as we progress with development.

What is current status? In Beta 5, we have been able to bring back most of the live version's features using a new codebase and visuals, with the exception of online features (teams and versus challenges).

How to apply:

  • Join our Discord server (https://www.runbycoffee.com/discord) and express your interest in taking part in the test

  • Or send email to contact@runbycoffee.com with subject "Goalienator SteamVR Beta Test"

  • You will receive the 2024_Beta branch password upon beta approval.

How long will beta run for? Start: February 16, 2024 End: June 30, 2024

Why just not do public beta? As we mentioned previously, we are looking for players who are willing to test the game and provide feedback/bug reports, not just 'play normally.

Please note:

  • There will broken, unfinished and buggy features we progress with development.

  • Your stats from the current version of Goalienator will not carry over.

  • Your stats will not be saved and will be erased on a regular basis for testing purposes.

  • You may be eligible for exclusive in-game rewards, such as equipment decals.
