VR: Clicking the thumbpad/stick in the Level Select will now rotate through the level carousel

Fixed: single-frame graphical hiccups entering Level Select
Fixed: Pause, Title, & Level select UI’s don’t reflect SFX volume settings
Fixed: EATER front doors could be opened out of sequence
Fixed: In VR, grabbing/releasing with one wand would impact the state of the other wand, if the latter was present and hovering over a widget
