addedIn preparation for the upcoming public multiplayer stress-test, take a look at the latest update of the closed testing - Night Operations. Featuring night vision devices (PVS-14) and tactical modules for the weapons, including laser sights and lights (WIP). While the day-night cycle is a major part of the Operation game mode featured on the Battle of Izium and future Operation maps, a brand new dedicated game mode was implemented to highlight special forces gameplay. Instead of contesting for the strategic objectives, in Night Operations, you experience a raid-like gameplay: spawning in an infiltration position with your squad, proceeding to task execution, then exfiltrating. Tasks are featured in the new dedicated tab in the inventory and could be received either from Vendors on the HQ or from the game mode and the map context.
addedTasks are also featured in the Operation game mode to introduce more narrative and operational variety to the gameplay on the large maps. The team is working to deliver all these stunning features within the public multiplayer stress-test soon, so follow the upcoming updates. By the way, we also updated the gameplay trailer and uploaded some new screenshots on the Steam page, so check that out as well!
