Hello Gloomizens,

Change is good! And with the launch of Gloom: Digital Edition on iOS and Android we’re sending an update that will see some big, exciting changes to the game so that it runs similarly on all platforms!

We’ve been listening and reading everyone’s feedback and have been working on bug/UI fixes and general updates to the game’s infrastructure.

Please read below for all changes in update 2.0

  • Updated UI (to coincide with mobile versions)

  • Improved opponent AI

  • Fixed multiplayer bugs related to stability

As you’ll notice, the biggest change will be a fresh coat of paint to the overall UI. The new UI is now the same across the board, matching up with the upcoming iOS and Android versions.

The new UI includes

  • One family on screen

  • Discard, Skip and Exit buttons moved to lower right

  • Timer and active player name moved to top middle of screen

These new changes will allow us to seamlessly update and make improvements across all three platforms, while adding some visual improvements requested by the community.

We hope you love the new digs. Now go spread some Gloom!!
