🔸 Northern Shopping Center — increases amenity output in the valley by 30%

🔸 Northern Hydroelectric Plant — improves the efficiency of electricity and water facilities in Northvale by 20%

🔸 Mayor’s Residence — generates 10 Energy Mine tokens per day

🔸 Northern University — increases tax income from business buildings in the valley by 20%
