Thank you for all the feedback, let's plays, and streams of the GLiTCHiA demo.

Based on what we received, we've made significant improvements and reworked some of the core mechanics.

The "Look Behind You" mechanic, fully reworked

❌ Removed:

Previously, you were required to turn around at fixed intervals to check the peephole.

Forcing this during normal play didn't add much — it just raised the difficulty and confusion,

and ended up hurting the fun.

✅ New:

  • The peephole is gone entirely. Just turn around. The controls are simple now.

  • And even if something fully reaches you, it's no longer game over.

Instead, it'll do various small, slightly annoying "pranks."

For example, it might scramble the platforms in an action stage,

or tilt the TV screen. Nothing that ruins your run, but enough to convey

"the annoyance of a ghost begging for attention."

  • Also, by turning around at the right moment (just before it touches you),

you'll now trigger a bonus event.

This gives you an advantage in the main game and in collections.

There's only one pattern for now, but we'll be adding more.

Major new scenes and events

  • Until now, the game opened abruptly inside the glitch space, with no real intro to the story.

We've added a new prologue still sequence and stage,

carefully depicting how the protagonist was lured into this world.

  • We've also added a major horror event after defeating the action-stage boss.

A new teaser trailer

We've put together a dramatic new teaser that incorporates the new scenes.

The sound carries the grandeur and fragility of an RPG final boss battle,

expressing — as much as we could — that this game is more than just horror.

It includes several of the new scenes, so you might want to play first before watching!

Releasing June 24, 2026.
