Additional Language Update!

Support for New Languages In-game texts have been localized for 3 new additional languages. French Spanish Korean Language option menu has been added! Languages can now be changed from the in-game options.

Bugfix

By not activating the beacon at the City of Decadence:Central area, and returning to a previous area's beacon will get you stuck.
