Ghost Exile changes
Today we'd like to share some exciting updates on the development of our next major update, Apocalypse.
Player Rooms
One of the biggest new features coming to the game is the Player Rooms system.
Every hunter will be able to decorate their own room however they like. When joining another player's lobby, you'll not only be able to see their room but also show off your own.
At launch, you'll have access to a basic collection of furniture and decorations, with many more items to unlock over time. New decorative pieces can be purchased using the in-game currency earned from completing contracts, Cursed Coins, or unlocked by completing various in-game challenges.
In addition to cosmetic decorations, you'll also find several interactive objects that will make spending time in the lobby between contracts much more enjoyable.
Complete Warehouse Map Rework
Another major addition is a complete rework of the Warehouse map.
We know that the current version of Warehouse isn't one of the community's favorite maps, so we've decided to rebuild it almost entirely from the ground up.
The new Warehouse will feature a more believable layout, a much darker atmosphere, and plenty of new details that will make every investigation more immersive and enjoyable.
New Ghost - Ghoul
Of course, no major update would be complete without a new ghost.
The Ghoul is a ruthless and relentless predator driven by animalistic instincts. It can pursue its prey with incredible speed, giving hunters almost no room for error.
We'll be revealing much more about the Ghoul and its unique mechanics very soon.
This is only a small glimpse of what we're preparing for the Apocalypse update. There's plenty more to come, and we'll be sharing additional details in future developer blogs.
Thank you for staying with us, and we'll see you in the next dev blog!
