Demo Update Announcement

As we continue making steady progress with Geo Mythica, we felt it was time to release an updated demo. This includes new features, improvements and fresh content!

So whether you played it a while ago or haven’t downloaded it yet, now’s the perfect time to dig in.

What’s New in the Demo?

Bug fixes aside, we added content and quality of life features that not only improves the experience, but extends game play a little too. Here’s a snapshot of what we’ve done.

Atlas Menu: With the Atlas menu, you can now keep track of collectible items you’ve found in each location, helping you identify anything you may have missed on your journey.

The Frog of Completion: Whenever you collect all items in a specific location, the Frog of Completion in Mexico rewards you with a permanent stat boost for the character you choose!

Updated Narrative Content: The first dungeon has additional content which sets up the overarching narrative better while getting you familiar with new strategies to use on your adventure.

PLEASE NOTE: In light of the latter, we want to call out that you won’t be able to use any save states made before beating the first area (San Luis Obispo).

This should have minimal impact as it takes approximately 15 to 25 minutes to complete the first area.

As we continue to refine Geo Mythica, we’re preparing for a limited open beta playtest.

So stay tuned for more details soon on how you can help us shape the final experience of Geo Mythica.

In addition to the demo update, Geo Mythica will also be attending a couple of events we highly encourage you to check out and share with your friends.

Be a Hero event hosted on Steam presented by Comic-Con Stuttgart is happening now until December 6th. Showcasing lots of games featuring heroes going on a variety of adventures, we were honored to be part of the line up in this exciting event.

MAGFest has graciously allowed us to exhibit the game once more. The team is eager to get back to the showroom floor to meet old friends, make new ones and share more updates and progress with Geo Mythica.
