Repeated intro

Greetings, vertebrate inhabitants of three-dimensional space (I can’t even imagine what that feels like). Today I’ll walk you through the changes we’re planning for the demo version. The update should arrive soon and, as we expect, will be the last major one — the full release is just around the corner. 1. Story

  • Events
  • UI and audio
changedMany of you have been asking: does the game have a story, what’s actually going on here, why Gennady, and how did an ordinary middle-aged worker end up fused to a pair of underwear. Alright, jokes aside — the game does have a story. It will be delivered through comic book pages — fragments of memory, wrapped and scattered throughout the world. You’ll be able to find these pages while exploring biomes. Each one reveals a small piece of the narrative, closely tied to this world. And trust me — it’s not what you expect. We’re looking forward to your wildest theories after you collect all the pages in the updated demo. The ones we like most will receive… uh… a larva!
addedNew Artifacts and Balance Changes
addedWith each iteration, we’ve been making the game more… approachable. As a result, the average player can now progress further during a run — and sometimes even defeat the boss. New artifacts will give you even more ways to survive and smash alien faces more efficiently (and stylishly). Some existing artifacts have also been reworked — and yes, slightly nerfed. But it’s all fair: combined with the new additions, builds have become more meaningful and synergistic. 3. Challenge Rooms
changedIf the cold corridors of the alien meat factory feel like a casual stroll to you, be sure to visit the challenge room. It’s located right after the first shop. The rules are simple: stay alive for a set amount of time. Each room is different and pushes your limits (and your luck). Succeed, and you’ll earn a truly valuable reward. Fail… well, maybe it’s time for a few more laps around the factory. 4. Updated Music
changedWe’ve remastered the soundtrack — for those who appreciate high-quality audio. We think you’ll like it. We certainly did.
changedWe’ve noticed that some of your kind still struggle to understand certain aspects of the gameplay. Not surprising — it’s hard to explain the rules of a two-dimensional existence to three-dimensional beings. But we’re confident that the updated tutorial will make things much clearer and help you better understand what you can do in this world. Alongside these major updates, we’ve also refined numerous smaller details: enemy and economy balance, level design tweaks, and various quality-of-life improvements. We’ll let you know as soon as the update goes live — so switch to waiting mode and… wait!
