Gelli Fields Kickstarter Pre-Launch + Demo Announcement and more!

First I want to thank all of you who have played the demo and enjoyed the game and have given it a chance.

Kickstarter

I haven't posted here recently because of a change in my life. I am going through costly dental bills and have needed to find other forms of work to help pay for them.

I wanted to create Gelli Fields without funding and release it for everyone to enjoy but due to my dental bills I decided it was for the best that the game has a Kickstarter. This crowdfunding will allow me to return back to making Gelli Fields fulltime and creating and posting content for it on Youtube on my channel.

The great news is that this Kickstarter means that with the funding I can expand the scope of the game and put a lot more love and care into the project and ensure it is as great as I can possibly make it!

The funding I'm going to ask for won't be unreasonable or too much, only a few thousand but I do want to have a lot of stretch goals if we do hit the funding goal.

When is the Kickstarter starting?

The Kickstarter will begin around January 2025 but there is currently a pre-launch page up now that you can sign up for to be notified when it begins. You can find that here

Demo Update

The demo will get an update with many quality of life changes suggested by those who played it as well as a revamp to the amenity system, fishing, a more final version of the Rocky Retreat biome, and other fun changes like the log minigame being endless.

I started this project years ago as an beginner dev and had no idea what beautiful and amazing game it would eventually turn into. This game is truly an amazing part of my life and I'm so happy to share it with you all. This Kickstarter will help ensure I can work on the game without worry and I will not disappoint.
