Gear Up changes
Fixed bug when changing graphics settings.
Fixed html spam bug in chat.
Removed a couple of pillars on Atoll to make sure players don't get stuck when jumping into them.
Various CPU optimizations; skipping particle effect modifiers which doesn't have any effect, prevent checking for terrain holes if no such exist in collision detection.; when setting up shader parameters for patch shaders.
Reduced max extrapolation length slightly, less issues with ghosts beneath terrain.
Disconnecting if ping exceed 1000 ms during 20 seconds; added another error message.
Storing triangle normals in collision mesh resource instead of calculating them on the fly.
Optimized hit effect in tank shaders.
