Implemented a grid structure to optimize pickup queries.
Implemented cloud shadow to directional lights.

Added text to leaderboards showing whether friendly or global.
Showing the player's name in white for the global list.
Added a dialogue box when resetting profile that warns what is about to happen.
Bots retreat when health get below 30%, go back to patrol or attack after 70% health regen or reached a safe distance from player.
Adjusted the recommended amount of players for some maps.
Brighter minimaps.
Centered the deathmatch scoreboard when waiting to spawn.
Removed crosshair reload meter.
Added Basic and Premium text to the main menu and fixed some alignments.
