Gear Up changes

Showing a network problem symbol in-game if the primary peer becomes unreachable.
Increased duration of network limbo before leaving match.
Some changes to the twin turret hull.
Achievements available for all players.
Change to nicknames so that players with invalid characters are shown as “Invalid nick” instead of an empty string.
Fixed the missing powerups from Team Deathmatch on Oasis.
Redesigned masts so spiderlegs doesn't get stuck in them.
Fixed plant collision.
Fixed point sampling in post processing shaders – was probably causing the block bloom on AMD graphics cards.
Some changes to the chat box.
Fixed ranks of players in the in-game lobby.
Some changes to network and transfer of primary peer.
Fixed invisible containers on Construction Site and added some more ammo pickups.
