Update 0.111 F - Update fix

- Oasis: Tilted up the circling camera. Some terrain changes. Added new desert fort walls and gates. Updated bot navmesh. - Fixed the Bronze Cannon firing sound (used to globally play the shotgun sound).

fixedOasis: Tilted up the circling camera. Some terrain changes. Added new desert fort walls and gates. Updated bot navmesh. - Fixed the Bronze Cannon firing sound (used to globally play the shotgun sound). - Removed the cow moo from the olive wreath. - A lot of work on the peer-to-peer network system. - A lot of optimizations to animated mesh entities. - Localized another network disconnect message. - Changed some english strings. - Turned a bunch of pointlights into spotlights. Added lights to some lamps models. Changed some light ranges and colours. Made most the day scene lights inactive and more lights in night scenes actually shed light. - Logging more network events for bug hunting. - Dockyard: Some changes to heightmap. Increased the cut out area to prevent the camera from jumping about when the player drives through the underground gates. - Construction Site: Added some collision boxes to help player drive onto stuff. - Changes to language strings. - Some work on effects. - Fading of player vehicle when the camera gets too close. - Fixed spawn bug if leaving and rejoining a conquest match. - Fixed ghost pickup bug. - Tightened up the globals and ghost parameters using timestamps to ensure they are updated in order and corrected. - Fixed a bug where ghost values could get out of sync. - Fixed lobby browser bug. - Added sound effects to weapon water splashes. - Some network parameter bugs fixed. - Fixed a bug with team rosters being intepreted different by each client. - Implemented rebalancing when players leave during the intermission. - Slightly reduced cooldown for support prox mines and increased time to live with one second. - Increased Dragon Cannon ammo from 9 to 12.
