Major Mobile Modernization

Another day another grind. Updated the mobile version of Gauntlet of IRE to reflect the steam version in appearance and gameplay.

fixedAnother day another grind. Updated the mobile version of Gauntlet of IRE to reflect the steam version in appearance and gameplay. The biggest improvement is the performance that was achieved by reducing the resolution and optimizing the lighting. Got it to run at a smooth 60 FPS on my phone so it was worth pushing the update. If you want to lose track of time and rage on the go, heres the google play page: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.KillerPokeGames.GauntletOfIRE&hl=en As for changes to the game, heres a list of stuff that was done: Made level 35 harder Made level 34 easier Made level 1 more reliable Made barrel firing stronger so that you don't have to hold jump to make it to the next one on an even plane Reduced fish occurrence on level 5 for mobile Reduced and scaled up shattered player pieces on mobile for performance Reduced tombstones on mobile for performance Removed Flowers on mobile for performance Fixed seizure warning to appear for at least 3 seconds to avoid accidental skips Brightened all metal player skins on mobile Added a gag to the logo splash screen Made all text capital so that its easier to read on lower resolutions Fixed bug where secret level text was not cleared before the new messages were sent Made pressing ESC on death to pause the game at the soonest possible moment Fixed insults overlaying mobile controls Removed incompatible gags (such as cursor) from mobile version Lowered shadow quality on mobile for performance Fixed level title appearing in front of options Fixed being frozen if leaving during barrel gag Added input support for text animations Fixed ball crack not appearing on mobile by creating second sprite Fixed street fighter gag appearing at the same time as another gag Fixed wrong transparency on level picker after level selected Fixed typo on bonus level Fixed crack appearing for no reason on level 10 platforms
