Gatherlands changes
In this update, we’ve added a bit of chaos and excitement to the natural order of the islands. Now, when chopping down trees or breaking ore veins, there is a very small chance that a surprise monster may jump out of that resource! 😈🌲⛏️
Don’t worry, the chance is quite low — you won’t have a heart attack every time you swing your axe. But still, with every hit, that tiny “what if?” feeling will always be there. 🙂
So what happens when you defeat these monsters?
Loot Drops Increase Based on the Resource They Come From!
A monster emerging from a tree → drops far more wood than usual
A monster emerging from an iron ore → drops plenty of iron
A monster emerging from a copper ore → drops plenty of copper
In short, whatever resource you were harvesting when the monster appeared, it will reward you with a boosted amount of that exact material.
A short but risky mini-battle, followed by a rewarding loot opportunity!
This mechanic makes resource gathering more exciting, while also giving players unexpected chances for extra gains.
Low chance → high reward is now active in Gatherlands! 💎
