Steam Cloud Activation Notice

Hello, everyone!

We have decided to configure and grant access to the Steam Cloud for the game in advance. Please make sure to start the game to synchronize your saves correctly.

Extra information

Save files are located in your OS system directory, in the following path:

[USERNAME]\\AppData\\LocalLow\\MechWolf Productions\\Gastova.

In the Savefiles folder, you'll find the files "SystemFiles.sav", "Save1.sav" (as well as "Save2.sav" and "Save3.sav" if you have saved more than one file). You can also rename these files if you wish to make manual backups or even delete them. Please note that deleting "SystemFiles" will also delete important information, such as:

1. Resetting the appearance of girls in the title screen (they may disappear from the title until you beat them again or load a save where they are beaten, as their title screen post-defeat information is stored in SystemFiles).

2. Your total enemy defeat count (useful to unlock the "Cleaning House" achievement).

3. Previously unlocked costumes. You'll have to re-unlock them with a fresh playthrough using the same previous methods, unless it's a DLC-enabled costume.

4. All your stored settings for the options menu.

To rewrite a file when in-game, merely select "New Game", then press the "R" key to rewrite a file, which will happen after selecting a difficulty.

Warning: We have no means to guarantee the safety of your save files if you tamper with them manually. Please follow the instructions above to correctly safeguard your save files. For those who may have already uninstalled the game and/or deleted their saves before we have made Steam Cloud available, you will need to start a fresh playthrough. We apologize for the inconvenience in those cases.
