Awards

• Grand Prize (1 person): $150 digital gift card code

• Regular Prize (4 people): $75 digital gift card code

• Special Prize (variable winners proportional to participants): $25 digital gift card code

※ For the gift card, it will be your choice between Amazon, Google Play, or Steam Wallet

※ Subject to change depending on exchange rates and gift card pricing policies

How to Enter

Submit your entry through our official form ▶

1. Post your fanart on social media with the designated tag #GardenOfWitches.

2. Through the Google Form (linked via the event banner), submit both your social media post link and your artwork file (PNG or JPG).

3. Winners will be individually contacted via the email submitted in the form with their award (gift card code).

Theme & Format

• Artwork must be based on the Garden of Witches universe and characters.

• It must be submitted as a PNG or JPG image with a resolution of 1500 x 1500 px or higher.

• It must be your original artwork, not AI-generated.

Copyright & Non-Exclusive Usage

• Copyright remains with the creator.

• Team Tapas retains the right to use submitted works non-exclusively and without time limits for promotional purposes, including publishing on online/offline media (resizing, cropping, translating text, etc. as needed)

• For secondary revenue-generating uses such as physical commercial merchandise, separate agreements will be required.

Disqualification & Causes for Prize Revocation

• Artwork contains explicit sexual depictions.

• Artwork contains extreme violence, gore, or disturbing content.

• Artwork contains discriminatory or hateful expressions regarding race, gender, religion, nationality, etc.

• Artwork contains content deemed socially unacceptable by the organizers.

• Artwork infringes on copyrighted material or includes unauthorized use of third-party IP.

• AI-generated images are submitted, or artwork uses AI-generated images.

※ To verify originality and check for copyright or AI usage, organizers may request a submission of the original low-resolution working file (e.g., PSD, CLIP, etc.).
