The best way to extend a citizen's working life is to increase the cost of living which is why i'm doing the same with skills costs and spread better the pacing, playtime (from CHAD to END) went from about 47mn to 58mn (a 11mn total increase!) which brings us closer to the 2h threshold of refunding a steam game
New Skill:
Shark Thunder: shark now use THUNDER
QoL changes:
Added hide pollution setting
Added resolution setting when not fullscreen
Improved reduced trash animation setting
Angels go now all the way to the left
Moved "Add +1 Pipe" skill earlier in the skill tree + cost cheaper
Flashing effect of thunder lowered
The balance changes:
Super Pollution
Chad skill from 3m → 4m (+33.3%)
Dying Dog from 4m → 6.25m (+56.3%)
Tank from 40m → 66m (+65.0%)
??? from 7b → 11b (+57.1%)
Others
Aura Rats income from 450k → 720k (+60.0%)
Aura Radius from 900k → 540k (-40.0%)
Police Speed from 8.5m → 9.5m (+11.8%)
Police Cooldown from 5m → 43m (+760.0%)
Sea Part
Sea Area from 18b → 50b (+177.8%)
Bubblegum Car from 425t → 750t (+76.5%)
Unlock Seabird from 750b → 1.75t (+133.3%)
Unlock Fan from 1.3t → 725b (-44.2%)
Unlock Golden Whale from 5qa → 20qa (+300.0%)
All those changes were aimed to slow down a tiny bit the parts where pacing was too fast
