Bug Fixes

Fixed NPC getting Stuck in some Places.
Fixed Issue where Compartments could be placed in front of the door.
Fixed an issue where decorations could not be placed on the stairs wall.
Fixed Level 3 Console's Rent Calculation Issue.
Fixed Placeable Object Collision issue with Player, NPC, and Cars.
Removed Invisible Wall in Level 2 Smoking Room.
Fixed Janitor Pickup failed for Small Garbage which causes the crash.
Visual and UI fixes.
Localization fixes.
