① Gameplay in violation of our terms, such as inducing or engaging in cash transactions.

② Abnormal gameplay, including the use or distribution of unauthorized programs, botting, macros, and bug exploits.

③ Inappropriate behavior, such as the use of profanity, insults, and spamming.

④ Abuse of payment cancellations and refund processes.

We will continue to enforce restrictive measures against policy violations to provide all Lords with a fair and pleasant gaming environment.
