In accordance with the adjustment to the Operation Policy for the [Oath of Fire Beyond the Wall] Battle Pass - Premium pass EXP pack, we will proceed with a refund for the Lords who purchased the product before it became available for free.

• Lords who purchased the product before May 17 (Sun)

☑️ Refund Processing Schedule

• We will proceed sequentially from May 22 (Fri).

• Refund processing may take 7 to 14 business days, and this period may vary based on your payment method and platform.

• Refunds will be processed sequentially via the payment method used at the time of purchase.

• Refunds will be processed automatically for eligible Lords without any separate request.

• Items, EXP, and Battle Pass progress earned immediately upon purchase will be maintained.

• The timing of refund completion may vary based on your payment method and platform.
