fixedfixed a potential issue with GUI rendering - capped minimum purchasing power of a platform to 40% (was 0%) which fixed an issue where releasing a lot of games at once on a player-made platform would sometimes yield 0 sales - disabled review chance decay per day (this didn't make any sense) - increased amount of possible game reviews in a single day to up to 10 games (was 1 game)
