G.O.P.O.T.A. Micro Patch + 1 achievement!

A small patch got the following list of changes: 1. DirectX is set to default, previously only DirectX 12 was installed. Now performance on some graphics cards should be higher. 2.

When we hit the kid with a stick on the street - we will immediately be added to the inventory phone. Now there is no need to pick it up. Previously there could be a bug because of this lifting. 3. Checked the trash cans after we set them on fire: only the trash disappears, not the cans themselves.
