changedThe release date has been pushed back by another year, but it is indeed coming. There is a closed pre-alpha version of the game that is being worked on daily. Network tests have been conducted. The online portion of the game works, and it works well.
changedI will continue to post patch notes and updates like a real developer should. Thank you for your patience and support for this project.
addedNew Features -Added Glossary The glossary is a question(?) mark that appears at the bottom left hand side of the screen. Open the glossary to learn everything from hosting your own server, joining games, controls, game-play objectives, mining and more. With this glossary, players should be able to play the game without needing me to walk them through it over chat.
changedNPC Mining Fleets There are npc mining fleets that will help you break the bigger rocks into smaller rocks. The larger rocks respawn, but the smaller ones will not. Small rocks and minerals will despawn after 500 seconds to keep the server uncluttered, be mindful of this. Mining NPC's are neutral and will only attack if attacked first. -Flagship NPC Fleet The flagship npc fleet spawns after 10 minutes of play and they head up the north path. Flagship fleets consist of 1 cruiser, 2 destroyers, and 8 Frigates. Trying to take them on alone is guaranteed to end with your death. In the future, the flagships will have a DJ script allowing them to play their nation's theme song while they go to war.
changedBug Fixes -Fixed the DPS Meter. The DPS meter previously only functioned for the server host. This is no longer the case. Everyone can see their DPS now.
changedUI Changes -Changed Fullscreen toggle image to from an eject symbol, to a display symbol.

Long is the road that leads to success.

The burden of working a full time job while creating a game has slowed progress significantly.

In September 2024, I scrapped the splitscreen project and decided to remake the game online. Unfortunately, All of the single-player code and features must be rewritten to function online. This process is taking a lot of time.

The release date has been pushed back by another year, but it is indeed coming. There is a closed pre-alpha version of the game that is being worked on daily. Network tests have been conducted. The online portion of the game works, and it works well.
