Fixed a bug that caused the opening event of a new element to not be triggered if it was purchased from characters in the Vice organization. Correction of the Russian localization has been carried out.

  4. The first request for game statistics on Steam and VK Play now occurs during the initialization of the achievement system, rather than when receiving achievements directly.
