  • Gameplay

addedIt's been less than a week since TOILET SPIDERS invaded your innocent computer, and the first update is now available! Everything in this update is based on player feedback, so THANK YOU for your input, those who have tried out the initial Early Access version!
addedAs TOILET SPIDERS is a run-based game with some amount of RNG involved, one request was a way to restart the game without quitting and relaunching-- so now, we've got that! Just choose Restart from the main menu and you'll start a new run with spider locations and placement of resources re-randomized.
addedThere are also a number of new user options, especially targeted at players with motion sickness: you can now up the field of view even further, turn off view bobbing while walking/running, enable a reticle in the center of the screen, and more.
changedAlso to accommodate folks who can't stand that ringing-in-the-ears sound following a flashbang, and who are sensitive to sudden screen flashes, there is now a "Gentle Flashbangs" option which tones down the flash effect and removes the tinnitus sound, as well as toning down the explosion sound in general.
addedThe next update will be more content-focused (and probably take longer.) I hope you'll make good use of these new options til then. Thanks for your patience, and thanks for playing!
