Hi!
Just wanted to provide a quick update on where we're at in the development of Fugue Shot - today, we released the next version of our playtest, which makes some big structural improvements to 2 game modes: Flock and Mirage. The new version of Flock adds a big set of puzzle rooms inspired by classic Zelda games, and in Mirage we've completely revamped all level maps and made gameplay tighter and more engaging. We've been having a ton of fun playing the new versions of these modes and can't wait for others to give it a try!
Also in May, we released an update that introduced metaprogression in the form of item unlocks to the game. There's a full in-game encyclopedia - the Dream Journal - where you can take a look at what you've discovered, and purchase hints on how to unlock new content.
We're full steam ahead on our public demo and making great progress, but in the meantime, why not playtest our current build? You can join our Discord server to request a key and provide feedback.
